TITLE OF THE PROJECT THE FOOD CONCEPT CONNECTING EUROPEAN CULTURES
MAIN OBJECTIVES 1-To create a link among the European countries on the base of their eating cultures and establish their cultural harmonization by the way of these different eating cultures.2-To install a real intercultural dialogue around food conceptAnd by this way animate the cities of the visitors on “the kitchens ofEurope: transmission and intercultural dialogue”.

 

3-To raise awareness about the culinary culture and educate visitors, particularly to learn about traditional local food products of each countries, through exhibitions, cooking demonstrations, tastings, workshops and conferences.
TARGET GROUPS ADULT LEARNERS OVER 18 WHO BELIEVE THIS CONCEPT

OUTCOMES  At the end of the project each countries who have different cultural and historical backgrounds will have explored the current development of food habits in Europe and their role in intercultural dialogue. “Specific Outcomes:
